Client Testimonials
I have less pain and less peed pants!
I have only had one leak since starting your class.
I am more aware of how I move and breath and should move and breath throughout the day. I feel like my core is stronger. It was nice to work out with other moms.
In a good way, I realized how weak I am! Breathing awareness was great.
I have seen better coordination of my muscles and improvement in my pelvic floor strength.
Not only have I noticed an improvement in strength and connection to my pelvic floor, but I feel like I have re-found my muscles after having two kids close together. Before having kids, I was very active and after taking this class I have developed confidence to get back into it now knowing what to do to avoid injury.
These examples are not typical. Because of the variables associated with defining success, and because those variables are so personalized, it is impossible to accurately state what an individual may or may not achieve. Success is determined on an individual basis and is dependent on a variety of factors including willingness to take action and implement ideas based on what is taught, prevailing market conditions, target market selection, and the amount of hard work and effort an individual expends.
